Your Circle of Wealth
Your Circle of Wealth is made up of 3 types of money.
The first being your Accumulated Money. This is any money that you have saved, or are currently saving. If you have met with a financial professional you may have had a conversation like this, "how much money do you have, where is it, oh, we can do better than that". It?s all about rate of return to 95% of the planners. Rate of return is important, it's not where we start.
The second type of money within your Circle of Wealth is your Lifestyle Money. This money is used for your standard of living. Things such as where you live, the cars you drive, where you go on vacations, and so on. Do you want your standard of living to go up or down? We feel most, if not all, want to increase their standard of living.
The third kind of money that makes up your Circle of Wealth, and what makes us unique, is Transferred Money. Transferred Money is money that is transferred away from your wealth unknowingly, and unnecessarily. These could be many things, but some examples would include taxes, how you finance your home, how you buy your cars, fund your retirement, non deductible debt, and what kind of insurance coverage you have. We are trained to look for areas that you may be transferring money away from your wealth.
